The FeatureMap solution (hereinafter referred to as "FeatureMap" or the "Application") is a collaborative web application accessible on the website www.featuremap.co (hereinafter referred to as "the Site") and which helps its users, who may act within the same team, to organize their projects. It is owned and operated by Salience, a simplified joint stock company registered in the Troyes Trade and Companies Register under the number 531 258 291, whose head office is located at 53 rue de la Paix - 10000 Troyes (hereinafter referred to as "Salience" or "we")
We are aware of the importance of ensuring the confidentiality of the personal data (hereinafter "Data") that we may collect about you in the course of using Featuremap, and we are committed to protecting this data in accordance with the regulations in force on the protection of personal data, applicable in Europe and in France.
It is likely to evolve according to the legal and regulatory context, as well as the positions taken by the supervisory authority in matters of data protection (the Commission Informatique et Libertés).
ARTICLE 1 - DATA COLLECTED BY SALIENCE
As a matter of principle, we will only collect Data that is necessary for the purposes of the processing operations that are carried out by us.
The Data we may collect about you are the following:
- your full name(s) ;
- Your contact information (mailing address, phone number);
- your e-mail address;
- the history of paid FeatureMap services purchased by you, including the date they were purchased, the payment method used, and the related references;
- messages and other requests you have sent us; and in general, any data that you may be required to submit to us, including within your personal space in FeatureMap.
Please note that failure to provide certain Data may prevent you from subscribing to the Site and/or Featuremap, as well as from processing any requests you may submit to us. The Data that must be communicated to us are subject to an information in this sense.
ARTICLE 2 - PURPOSES OF THE COLLECTION
The processing of your Personal Data is carried out for the following explicit, legitimate and specific purposes: secure your use of the Site and FeatureMap, including through your registration on FeatureMap, and the management of your personal space on FeatureMap; process your subscription to use FeatureMap ; keep you informed of its latest news.
To this end, the Personal Data collected about you are used by Salience to :
- create and manage your personal space on the Site and FeatureMap;
- process, manage and fulfill your use of FeatureMap in accordance with your FeatureMap subscription, including billing for any paid - services you may have purchased;
- send you newsletters in order to inform you of its news and updates;
- ensure compliance with its legal obligations, particularly with the tax authorities;
- manage and handle any difficulties or disputes that may arise in connection with the use of the Site and Featuremap.
In these conditions, the processing of your Data that we carry out is based on your consent, the legitimate interest of Salience, or the respect of legal obligations to which it is bound.
ARTICLE 3 - RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA
Your Personal Data is only used by persons identified and authorized by Salience, including:
- its employees;
- any subcontractors that it may use for the use and operation of the Site and FeatureMap, including hosting and maintenance, or payment services available thereon;
- any administrative authority that would make a request for communication of Data concerning you and to which Salience would be required to respond under a legal obligation;
- Salience's partners to whom it may transfer some of your data.
ARTICLE 4 - COMMERCIAL PROSPECTION
Subject to your prior consent, which you indicate on the Site or when using FeatureMap, we may use some of your Data, primarily your e-mail address, to send you e-mails and newsletters to inform you of news and developments at Salience.
In accordance with the regulations in force, you may object to the continued sending of such information by following the procedure indicated for this purpose on the e-mail or letter sent by us, and by contacting us using the contact details shown on the Site or at the end of this document.
ARTICLE 5 - DATA RETENTION
We undertake to keep your Data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed and for the legal obligations imposed on us.
At the end of this period, the Data concerning you and for which we do not justify a legitimate interest, in particular the need to ensure the defense of Salience's rights within the framework of a dispute, we will initiate the necessary measures to irreversibly anonymize the Data concerned or delete them.

Cookies are small text files containing information about you that are stored on the hard drive of the computer equipment with which you linked to the Site and/or FeatureMap and can only be read by the server that provided them.
Cookies collect information about your browsing on the Site and FeatureMap (date, page, time), and any Data you may enter while visiting the site (searches, login, e-mail address, password).
These include cookies that store your credentials for logging into your FeatureMap user account.
The data collected is completely anonymous and is intended to establish statistics on the use and operation of the Site and Featuremap, and to facilitate the use of the latter by you.
6.3 Right of the Internet user to refuse the installation of cookies
Most web browsers are set by default to accept cookies, which are the very essence of how the internet works. But they also allow you to choose or refuse all cookies, or even to select precisely which ones you want to keep.

ARTICLE 7 - INFORMATION POSTED BY YOU ON FEATUREMAP
As part of the use and functionality of FeatureMap, you may make information available that will be visible to other users with whom you interact or to third parties, including Data about you or third parties. This may occur through the use of optional profile fields, through interactions with public blogs and FeatureMap documentation, or if a FeatureMap "map" that was private is made public by its users, i.e., viewable by third parties who are not Featuremap users. We urge you to be careful and cautious when posting information, including not disclosing information that you consider confidential. Disclosing of such information in connection with your use of FeatureMap is done by you on your own initiative, and we do not and cannot act in any way in connection with it. In accordance with the FeatureMap Terms of Service, we therefore disclaim any and all liability for the publication of any Data you may make in connection with your use of FeatureMap and for the use that may be made of such Data by third parties who may access it.
ARTICLE 8 - SECURITY
We will take all steps to protect against unauthorized access, use, alteration or deletion of the Data we collect about you. We ensure the security and confidentiality of your Personal Information by implementing enhanced data protection through the use of physical and logical security measures.
All interactions with FeatureMap are protected using Transport Layer Security/Secure Sockets Layer (TLS/SSL). We use the Stripe (stripe.com) payment gateway to securely process credit card transactions you may make on the Site and FeatureMap.
ARTICLE 9 - YOUR RIGHTS
In accordance with the regulation, you have a right to access, rectify, delete, oppose and a right to portability relating to all the Data concerning you that are processed by Salience.
You also have the right to limit the processing of your personal data.
Every person also has the right not to be subject to individual decision making based exclusively on automated processing such as profiling.
If you have consented to the processing of your Personal Data, you may withdraw your consent at any time.
